‘The Potato Peeler’ of Paul Rachmanides Presented in Canada

“The Potato Peeler” is the story of a man from Greece and the journey that would eventually lead him to the United States, the country of his dreams. An autobiography, “The Potato Peeler” details Paul P. Rachmanides’ life from the day he was born on November 19, 1949 in Dikea, Eyros, Greece.

The story follows his early life spent on the family farm and details the strict rules of his upbringing – rules that helped establish his principles for the future – and his years in high school.

The book continues with sweeping tales of Paul’s honorable service in the Greek Special Forces as a Second Lieutenant, his graduation from both the Ranger and Jump schools, and his journey to the States, where he knew no one and spoke not a lick of English. Yet, Rachmanides still managed to graduate with a Master’s Degree in Business.

According to ‘Ultimate Kingwood.com’ PublishAmerica authors, among them Paul Rachmanides and his autobiography, “The Potato Peeler”, were a big hit with Canadian publishers and foreign rights agents at the Frankfurt Book Fair.

Upon their request, PublishAmerica is submitting some of their best titles for publishing and distribution in English or French or both.

” ‘The Potato Peeler’ is an exciting romp through twenty years of trials and tribulations, where Paul experiences his own Odyssey, desperately trying to build the life he wants for himself”, ‘Ultimate Kingwood.com’ concludes.
