It was the highlight of my life for about twenty years. I am 65 years old and still race Motocross. I went to every Supercross race at the Silverdome (and raced the amateur event the folowing days for several years). I still went when they moved it to Ford Field wbut it was obvious to anyone that they didn't have room for all the huge semi rigs that house the bikes and repair shops for the various racing teams. Afte three years (i think) they quit having it at Ford Field - I am sure complaints from the team was part of the reason. We got 50 -60,000 for two days of racing back in the 80's. But even in the later days we would get 35,000 for a one day event. We need it back. Michigan is a huge Motocross center in the U. S. Thanks.
